HOW I THINK
I do my best work in Salesforce systems with history.
Some consultants prefer clean implementations. I enjoy the environments where administrators change, business rules evolve, and old decisions are no longer documented. I trace the history, separate the real problem from the visible symptom, and make the next change safer than the last one.
